Universal 510 Connection
The Voopoo Drag 3 may come with what looks like a pod tank; however, this is still secured to the device via a regular universal 510 threaded pin. This means that if you already own a favourite tank or dropper that you just can’t live without, you will be able to happily screw this onto the device.
Dual 18650 Battery Powered
The Voopoo Drag 3 vape kit is powered by a pair of external 18650 batteries (sold separately). This means that if you have two pairs of batteries, you will be able to keep a spare pair with you at all times for emergencies! You’ll never be caught out with flat batteries again. (Please ensure that you always store loose batteries in a suitable container for travel.)

How to Set Up and Use Your Drag 3 Voopoo
- Install batteries by opening the battery door at the bottom of the Drag Voopoo 3.
- Insert two 18650 batteries according to the positive (+) and negative (-) indicators inside the battery compartment.
- Close the battery door securely until it clicks into place.
- Insert the coil into the tank. Remove the silicone plug, refill your pod (recommended about two-thirds full), then replace the plug.
- After that, attach the tank to the battery mod. Let the device sit for ~5 minutes after filling to allow the coil to soak properly.
- Press the firing button (usually located on the side) five times rapidly to turn the device on.
- Repeat the action (five rapid clicks of the firing button) to turn the device off.
- Adjust Wattage (or allow the device to select this using the smart features).
- Once your settings are dialled in, press and hold the firing button while inhaling from the mouthpiece of your atomiser.
- Release the firing button when you're finished inhaling.
- When the battery indicator on the screen shows low power, connect a USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the device and plug the other end into a suitable USB power source (e.g., a wall adapter or computer).
- It is generally recommended to charge external 18650 batteries in a dedicated external battery charger for optimal battery life and safety, though it does support onboard charging.
