How to Set Up and Use Your GeekVape Aegis X Kit
- Install batteries by opening the battery door at the bottom of the Aegis X mod.
- Insert two 18650 batteries according to the positive (+) and negative (-) indicators inside the battery compartment.
- Close the battery door securely until it clicks into place.
- Attach the Atomiser/Tank.
- Screw your desired atomiser or tank onto the 510 connection at the top of the Aegis X until it's finger-tight. Ensure there's a coil properly installed in your tank.
- Press the large firing button (usually located on the side) five times rapidly to turn the device on.
- Repeat the action (five rapid clicks of the firing button) to turn the device off.
- Adjust Wattage/Temperature:
- In Power (VW) mode, use the "+" and "-" adjustment buttons below the screen to increase or decrease your desired wattage.
- In Temperature Control (TC) mode, use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust your desired temperature.
- Once your settings are dialled in, press and hold the firing button while inhaling from the mouthpiece of your atomiser.
- Release the firing button when you're finished inhaling.
- When the battery indicator on the screen shows low power, connect a Micro-USB cable to the charging port on the device and plug the other end into a suitable USB power source (e.g., a wall adapter or computer).
- It is generally recommended to charge external 18650 batteries in a dedicated external battery charger for optimal battery life and safety, though the Geek Vape Aegis X mod does support onboard charging.
