Delivery questions, answered

The stuff customers ask us most often.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Royal Mail will normally post your parcel through the letterbox. However, because we sell age-restricted products, the postie may ask for ID confirming you're 18 or over. Keep a valid photo ID handy on delivery day to avoid hold-ups.

What if I miss my delivery?

Royal Mail will leave a "Something for You" card and attempt redelivery, or hold the parcel at your local sorting office for collection (you'll need photo ID to collect). You can rebook delivery online using the tracking reference on the card.

Can I track my order?

Yes — every service is fully tracked. As soon as your parcel leaves our Preston warehouse you'll receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Do you deliver on weekends and bank holidays?

Weekends: Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are delivered Monday to Sunday. Next-Day Delivery is Monday to Friday only.

Bank holidays: Orders placed over a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we dispatch quickly (often within minutes), changes can only be made before your order is packed. Contact us straight away at [email protected] and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only (see the note above for NI restrictions). We do not ship to the Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland, or internationally.

My parcel is late — what should I do?

Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 24 within 1–2 working days and Tracked 48 within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Occasionally parcels run late due to circumstances outside our control. If your parcel is more than 5 working days late, drop us a line at [email protected] and we'll investigate with Royal Mail.

Delivery estimates: Stated times are estimates from dispatch, not from order placement. Royal Mail occasionally experiences delays outside our control.

Shipping fees: In the event of a delay caused by the carrier, shipping fees are non-refundable.

UK only: We ship to mainland UK and Northern Ireland (under the Northern Ireland Protocol).
